DESCRIPTION:This course is designed to provide students with an in-depth examination of software testing skills. At the completion of this course students should be able to develop a test plan\, design\, implement and execute software test cases using a variety of testing methodologies\, and evaluate and report on the results of their tests. Students will work with several different types of tests and testing environments\, and will understand through case studies how to apply these to real life testing situations. They will be able to use risk analysis techniques to decide what to test and how to know when their testing is complete enough to ship a product with acceptable risk.
