\n \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; Play book: Rick oversees all menu development\, concepts and designs for our various food outlets including Harvest Restaurant\, Curiosity &\; Trellis Cafes\, Tower Deli and Conferences and Catering. He has had the opportunity to teach many cooking classes and appear on recurring TV cooking segments.

\n \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; Victories: Rick holds his CEC (Certified Executive Chef) Certification through the American Chef'\;s \;Federation and has enjoyed working as an adjunct Chef instructor for UVU in Culinary Arts. Other venues that Rick has held the Executive Chef position are: \; Sheraton Hotel in SLC and Primary Children'\;s Hospital. \;

\n \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; First round draft pick: \;Thanksgiving Point stole Rick from the Prime Restaurants Group where he was the Corporate/Executive Chef for Blankent Foods. He developed a line of proprietary products for Malawi&rsquo\;s Pizza\, La Jolla Groves Restaurants\, and Spoonful of Comfort.
